Wee Burgers

These classic sliders make a great addition to any tailgating menu

Is there any party food more classic than the slider? These tiny burgers are beyond easy, featuring just six ingredients, and will make a great addition to any tailgate this season.


  • Hawaiian roll buns
  • 2  Ounces  garlic aïoli
  • Pinch of  salt
  • 3  Ounces  Vermont Cheddar
  • pickles
  • 6  Ounces  ground beef


Separate ground beef into two 3-ounce patties; season with salt.

In skillet, cook patties over medium-high heat until medium-rare.

Add Cheddar to patties.

Heat Hawaiian roll buns.

Add garlic aïoli and pickles, and serve.
